    Did you make sure to drop down the box that says 0 next to the add
    button and change it to 1? I just tried it and it added just fine.

    Actually I called the order in, and the operator said I would have to provide a special code to ge the deal. I call the orders in to Cigar.com because they usually knock off a few bucks or give free shipping. The operator explained that those deals are advertised in newspapers and magazines to reach new customers. I told him I found the deal on a website, but he still wouldn't give it to me. Kind of ironic that he took a few bucks off my order, but wouldn't sell me the deal.
